From the Bedside
to Business
I've spent almost twenty years as a Registered Nurse — and it shaped nearly everything about how I think today.
Healthcare has a way of teaching you what actually matters. You see, up close, what happens when people are prepared — and what happens when they aren't. That experience built my belief in preparation, prevention, and protecting what matters most, long before I ever had a conversation about insurance or investments.
Alongside nursing, I became an entrepreneur. I built and operated a home health care business from the ground up, and eventually made the decision to sell it — a lesson in itself about growth, transition, and letting go of something you've built.
That entrepreneurial chapter led me into financial services, where I now work with families, professionals and business owners. My background spans healthcare, entrepreneurship and financial services, and across all three, I keep coming back to the same idea: financial conversations should be understandable, not intimidating.
